Christina Ahlzén is the owner and founder of Medida. She has master in political science and a background in developing and implementing government systems in public sector in Sweden. Since 2009 she is a consultant in own business working mainly with equality issues.

Christina Ahlzén was one of the founding members and a long term board member/president of the Swedish National Gender Entrepreneur Organisation. Medida is also part of various international exchanges and has a wide network of partners of cooperation both in Sweden and international in order to enhance capacity and competence and to guarantee project success.

Christina Ahlzén speaks English fluently, and some Spanish and French, and she has a broad experience of travelling and living in other countries for both work and pleasure.
